On June 30, The Los Angeles Collaboration will join fellow musicians Kara Hunnicutt, cellist, and Suzanne Carr, flutist, to present the premiere performance of Music for a Summer Evening by Vermont composer Dr. Gwyneth Walker. Walker, known for her evocative, captivating works with broad appeal, will be working intensively with the performers in the days prior to the event. The performance is part of the summer concert series at the Woods House Conservatory of Music in Wenatchee, WA, where Duane and Alex have made multiple appearances, both as The Los Angeles Collaboration and as members of The Cascades Trio.
